Out-of-Network Provider

Kinergy Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance directly, but many patients are still able to use their insurance benefits to offset costs.

Can I Use My Insurance?

If your plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits — which is common with PPO plans — you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement on your sessions. We make the process easy:

You pay for your session at the time of service
We submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf — no paperwork on your end
Your insurer reimburses you directly based on your out-of-network benefits
We handle the billing details so you can focus on recovery

Did you know? New York State is a direct access state — you can begin physical therapy without a physician's prescription. Some insurance plans may still require a referral for reimbursement, so it's worth checking your specific plan.
